On the afternoon of March 28th, the 6th (China Anhui) Construction Industry Upstream and Downstream Supply and Demand Matchmaking + Spring Building Materials Price Trend Exchange Meeting was held at the Swan Lake Hotel in Hefei. The meeting was hosted by the Anhui Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, Hefei Steel Trade Chamber of Commerce, Anhui Construction Engineering Building Materials Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Lingjian Network Co., Ltd., and co-hosted by Anhui Yangtze Steel Co., Ltd. Anhui Huali Construction Group was awarded the title of "Outstanding Construction Enterprise in Anhui Province" for the year 2019-2020. Yang Zongpeng, the deputy general manager of the group, attended the meeting and made a speech.

At the meeting, leaders from the organizer, the Provincial Construction Association, and the co-organizer respectively took the stage to deliver speeches. Zhu Dekai, Director of the Real Estate Research Institute of Hefei University, presented the outlook for the development of real estate in Anhui in 2019. Wang Sen, General Manager of Bainianjianzhu.com, released the roadshow for the application of the Shanghai Steel Union Price Index and introduced key projects in Anhui Province. Three representatives of outstanding construction enterprises in Anhui Province, namely Anhui Huali Construction Group Co., Ltd., Anhui Construction Engineering Building Materials Co., Ltd., and China Construction Fourth Engineering Division No.6 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., took the stage to speak.

During the exchange and speech, Yang Zongpeng pointed out that the group company began to use information systems in 2012 to strengthen fine management. In 2016, it established a centralized procurement platform, mainly aiming at "platform development and win-win in the industry chain". It is committed to building a vertical e-commerce platform that integrates electronic bidding, online trading, logistics integration, supply chain financing, and other services, focusing on the field of material procurement in the construction industry. Emphasizing service concepts and cost control is an important measure to adapt to the strategic transformation of the group's business model and achieve intensive and information-based procurement. Currently, it has registered 188 professional subcontractor units, 44 labor subcontractor units, 221 material supplier units, and 44 equipment supplier units. This year, the group focuses on achieving the "123" development strategy, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, with broad development prospects and a large demand for material procurement. At the meeting, the organizer selected 8 "Excellent Construction Enterprises" in Anhui Province based on recommendations from downstream suppliers, and awarded them honorary certificates and trophies. Additionally, 10 "Designated Brands for Key Projects" in Anhui Province were selected based on recommendations from major construction enterprises.
