Recently, the Talent Apartment Project Department seized the fine weather, scientifically coordinated and arranged the construction plan, adhered to the principle of seizing opportunities and working hard day and night, and fully promoted the project construction. At present, the project department has completed the construction of foundation pit retaining piles, crown beams, pile wall masonry, steel lattice diagonal support fabrication and installation, temporary road hardening in the site area, etc. The earthwork excavation and external transportation have been completed, all tower cranes have been installed, the construction of commercial buildings without basements has reached ±0.000, the construction of commercial building cushions with basements and brick formwork has been completed, and the foundation trench acceptance of buildings 3# and 5# has been qualified.

According to the head of the project department, in response to the current excellent construction season, all management personnel of the project department have risen to the challenge without waiting or observing. They promptly reported to and consulted with company leaders, studied and formulated solutions, and organized scientifically to seize the opportunity and accelerate progress. Over the past few days, all construction personnel have given up their holiday rest and have been working tirelessly on the construction front for 15 consecutive days. They have dedicated their enthusiasm, hard work, and wisdom to the high-quality, high-standard, and high-speed completion of the project. The project management and construction progress have been fully recognized by the owners.

Upon entering the project site, we find the construction site in full swing. All staff members of the project department are filled with enthusiasm and high morale, vowing to complete the construction objectives on schedule and deliver a satisfactory report to the company!

The project is located east of Jinlianhua Road and south of Pudong Road in the northern area of the Economic Development Zone, with a planned construction area of 29,000 square meters. It is proposed to build four high-rise buildings with 184 residential units and commercial supporting facilities. The third and higher floors of the project will be prefabricated buildings, with a prefabrication rate of over 50%. The project plans to complete the main structure in August 2019 and complete the acceptance inspection before the Spring Festival in 2020. Upon completion, the project will provide strong housing and living support for the senior management personnel of Project 506, thus receiving high attention from leaders at all levels in the province and city. The main challenges faced by this project include tight schedules, heavy tasks, limited space, and significant construction difficulties.
