On the morning of May 9th, Zhu Han, member of the Standing Committee of Luyang District Committee, Executive Deputy District Chief, Organization Minister, and United Front Work Minister of Hefei City, visited the Huali Technology and Operations Center project for research and guidance. Vice District Chief Zhu Han and his delegation first listened to the report on the project overview, project construction, and related supporting facilities construction. Upon learning that in order to ensure the safety of Metro Line 3, the project construction will change the original pile foundation maintenance to interlocking pile technology and temporarily customize pile foundation sleeves, which not only increases construction costs but also prolongs the construction period and increases construction difficulty, Zhu Han affirmed Huali's contribution in obeying the overall situation and supporting the urban construction of Luyang District, and put forward requirements for safety, quality, and environmental protection issues in the next step of project construction.
