On the afternoon of May 8th, Geng Qun, Minister of the Construction Department of the All China Federation of Trade Unions and the Chinese Seamen Construction Union, and Wang Meng, Deputy Researcher, accompanied by Cheng Dewang, Director of the Construction and Building Materials Union (Civilization Office) of the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and Qiu Liang, Deputy Researcher, came to the Feihe Renjia Project Department in Baohe District, which was constructed by Huali Construction Group, to conduct on-site research on the payment of migrant workers' wages. Wang Liang, the head of the key bureau in Baohe District, the general manager of the company, Du Rongping, the secretary of the party committee, Zhang Hedong and Wang Biao, the deputy general managers, and relevant personnel from the engineering management department and project department participated in the research and discussion.

At the meeting, Wang Liang, the general manager of the group company, reported on the development history of the enterprise, the real name management of migrant workers, and the payment of wages. Huali Construction Group has always conscientiously implemented relevant national regulations on safeguarding the basic rights and interests of migrant workers. It has established a migrant worker rights protection group, dispatched full-time labor and capital managers, established and improved labor service systems, opened a special account for migrant workers' wages, mobilized migrant workers' wage guarantees, established a real name access control and attendance system, posted migrant workers' rights protection publicity signs, opened migrant workers' amateur schools, and actively implemented a real name supervision platform system and dynamic management. It has strengthened the construction of a long-term mechanism for addressing and protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers, effectively safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests. Not long ago, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security came to Anhui to conduct inspections on the payment of migrant workers' wages. Among the several projects recommended for inspection in various cities, three were constructed by Huali Group.

Minister Geng Qun made detailed inquiries about the problems encountered by Huali in managing migrant workers and how to safeguard their basic rights and interests.
