On May 14th, Zhu Zhengying, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Huali Holdings, and Gao Ximing, General Manager of Construction Group Investment and Development Company, led relevant functional department heads to the Ruyi River Water System Treatment Phase I Project Department in Fengyang County to organize an on-site meeting, investigate and guide project progress, discuss standardized management, and put forward specific requirements for project department work.

Accompanied by the relevant person in charge of the project department, Zhu Zhengying and Gao Ximing went deep into the site to have a detailed understanding of the specific situation of the project, and held a meeting in the temporary office on site.

At the meeting, relevant functional departments of the company put forward specific opinions and suggestions based on the actual project situation. General Manager Gao Ximing put forward requirements and hopes, and Supervisory Chairman Zhu Zhengying made a concluding speech.

Gao Ximing put forward three requirements and hopes in his speech, firstly, to unify ideological understanding. At the beginning of the year, the company proposed that this year be the "Year of Standardized Management". The Fengyang project department has just started, and the starting point should be high, with standardized management in terms of quality, safety, progress, and human resource management. The project site covers a large area, with multiple points and a wide range of areas, and all aspects need to be well planned, planned, and implemented. Secondly, we need to streamline the internal and external relationships. Each person in the project department represents the image of Huali, and it is necessary to communicate and coordinate well with local residents, construction and supervision units, etc. Seek guidance and report frequently when necessary, maintain and showcase Huali's good corporate image. Thirdly, we need to strengthen team building. The project department should do a good job in talent cultivation and reserve planning. The first phase of the Ruyi River water environment treatment project includes sub projects such as municipal roads, landscape architecture, and water conservancy management. It has a rich variety of business formats and is a very practical project that can exercise people.
