In order to meet the talent needs of the company's rapid development, encourage the reasonable flow and effective allocation of internal and external personnel, establish an equal competition and incentive mechanism for talents, and stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees, on the afternoon of May 21st, Huali Real Estate Group organized a competition meeting for the general manager of Huaiyuan Development Land Project in the conference room on the 10th floor of Huali Building. Mei Shengtao, Chairman of the Real Estate Group, Zhou Feng, Vice Chairman, Nie Feilun, General Manager, Ruan Yufa, Deputy General Manager, Ji Yong, Marketing Director, Liang Zhentian, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Huali Holdings, and Lv Tao, Director of Human Resources and Administration, participated in the competition and served as judges.

The competition will involve the release of proposals, public registration, qualification review, and other stages. Eventually, four eligible candidates will participate in the competition and give speeches on stage one by one. After listening to the speech, the judging panel asked questions to the candidates based on the actual project, and finally conducted a comprehensive evaluation and scoring.
