On June 6th, a symposium on green development of private enterprises jointly organized by Anhui Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and Anhui Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment was held in Hefei. Wang Kun, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of Anhui Huali Construction Group, as well as the heads of 13 enterprises including Anhui Guozhen Group, Anhui Zhonghuan Investment Group, Anhui Zhongchen Investment Group, and Anhui Guangtai Group, made exchange speeches.

Chairman Wang Kun introduced the practices and suggestions of implementing the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing" in the four major sectors of Huali Group's construction, engineering design, real estate development, and overseas development.

In the field of construction, Chairman Wang Kun emphasized the importance of technological progress and the use of scientific and technological development, school enterprise joint research and development, and other means to apply for multiple construction methods and patents. At the same time, he actively utilized new construction methods and patents to strengthen the design and load-bearing capacity of prefabricated building construction, and promote sustainable development through transformation and upgrading; Optimize construction management methods, establish a BIM (Building Digital Modeling) center, equip with intelligent equipment related to construction management, promote the application of smart construction sites, and enhance the level of civilized and green construction in projects; Strengthen the organization and management of construction, and enhance the standardization, standardization, process oriented, and information-based construction of project management by strengthening green design, prefabricated construction, intelligent construction sites, standardized construction, and EPC (integrated design, procurement, and construction) construction levels; Strengthen management measures, conduct assessment and evaluation of environmental protection construction, and carry out the recycling, development, and utilization of building materials.

Chairman Wang Kun also proposed establishing different types of green building quota subsidy standards, accelerating the promotion of engineering general contracting and whole process engineering consulting, and enhancing industry exchanges and cooperation.
