The residential contract for the third phase is scheduled to be delivered on June 30, 2019. In order to deliver the long-awaited new home to the property owners ahead of schedule, taking into account the characteristics of the Zhuangyuanfu school district housing, and ensuring that the third phase property owners can complete the decoration and move in before the start of the new semester on September 1st, the Linquan project company, with the strong support of relevant government departments, passed all special inspections and comprehensive project inspections before April 28, 2019, laying a solid foundation for the early delivery of the third phase property.
