On July 2nd, Huaiyuan County held a key project observation and promotion meeting for the second quarter of 2019. County Party Secretary Wang Ruohuai, County Mayor Pan Mingsheng, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress Zou Yunfei, Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference Guo Changfu, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee Cui Xinghao, and other county leaders, relevant departments of the County Party Committee and County Government, as well as key township officials, conducted in-depth inspections and guidance on the PPP project of Huaiyuan New No.1 Middle School (Huaixi Campus).

Dong Zewu, the project leader of the group's new No.1 Middle School, introduced the progress and construction milestones of individual buildings such as Teaching Building 2, Teaching Building 3, Male Dormitory Building, and Female Dormitory Building, as well as the next work plan and the difficulties and suggestions currently faced by the project.

During the observation, county leaders such as Wang Ruohuai pointed out that in order for the economy to develop, projects are the support, and the speed of project progress is the key to determining the high-quality development of Huaiyuan. County level guarantee cadres should set an example, take the lead in changing their work style, effectively shoulder their responsibilities, pay real-time attention to project progress, continuously increase project promotion and scheduling efforts, and timely study and solve problems encountered in the project promotion process. The project construction unit should reverse the schedule, accelerate construction, advance in a sequential manner, create a large construction atmosphere of catching up with others, and ensure the completion of construction tasks on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed. All relevant departments should further strengthen their awareness of the overall situation, responsibility, and service, actively intervene and cooperate, form a working force, and ensure the early completion and effectiveness of the project.

The Huaiyuan New No.1 Middle School (Huaixi Campus) PPP project is located on the east side of the planned Wohe Liuqiao Center Road in Huaiyuan County, with a planned land area of about 392 acres. It is planned to build a 90 class boarding demonstration high school with a total construction area of about 130000 square meters, including teaching buildings, art laboratory buildings and other teaching area buildings, male dormitories, female dormitories, faculty dormitories, canteens and other living area buildings, as well as sports facilities such as a comprehensive gymnasium, sports stands (auxiliary buildings), and other sports venues. After the completion of the project, it is of great significance to enhance the taste of the city, improve the scale and quality of education, improve people's livelihoods, and promote the economic and social development of Huaiyuan.
