In order to continuously promote the transformation and upgrading of Huali, effectively stimulate the project team's spirit of shared responsibility and hard work, on the morning of July 25th, Zhong'an Huali Construction Group Investment and Development Company organized the project team to visit and learn from Xiaogang Village in Fengyang, the birthplace of rural reform in China, and signed two project management target responsibility agreements for the comprehensive management of Ruyi River water environment in Fengyang County and Zijing Prefecture in Huaiyuan.

Zhu Zhengying, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Huali Holdings, Chang Weiping, Vice Chairman, Du Rongping, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, Xiong Yanbin, Chief Financial Officer of Huali Holdings, Lv Tao, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer, Wu Guan, Cost Director of Real Estate Group, and Chang Qianliu, General Manager of Zhengxianglong Trading Company, participated in the above activities. The general manager of the investment and development company, Gao Ximing, signed a target responsibility agreement with the project team, and the deputy general manager, Luo Hao, chaired the discussion. At the Da Bao Gan Memorial Hall, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the historical background and spiritual connotation of Da Bao Gan through on-site visits and listening to introductions. Eighteen party members and masses led by veteran party member Yan Xuechang jointly signed and stamped a responsibility letter, bearing the risk of criticism and imprisonment, and resolutely carrying out rural large-scale projects. We sincerely admire the spirit of daring to take the lead, reform and innovation, and hard work and entrepreneurship. Everyone feels that Huali is currently in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, as well as a second round of entrepreneurship. The large-scale distribution of land and production to households has mobilized the enthusiasm of farmers. This entrepreneurial model of being adaptable and taking the lead in reform is worth learning from and drawing lessons from. We must vigorously advocate the spirit of big responsibility, through goal decomposition, responsibility refinement, and benefit sharing, each fulfilling their own duties and responsibilities, working together from top to bottom, growing together, and developing together.

At the thatched cottage of the 'Back in the Countryside', everyone visited the site where 18 farmers in Xiaogang Village pressed their bright red handprints on the 'life and death contract' and started making big bags. In this place of special significance, Gao Ximing, the general manager of the investment and development company, and the project leaders of the Fengyang Ruyi River Water Environment Treatment Phase I Project and the Huaiyuan Zijingfu Project respectively signed project target responsibility agreements, refining project goals and implementing responsibilities to each position.

After the visit and signing ceremony, Zhu Zhengying and Chang Weiping, on behalf of Huali Holdings, presented heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies to the project department of the first phase of the Ruyi River Water Environment Treatment Project in Fengyang, and had a discussion with all project personnel. After listening to the project overview and construction progress report from the project leader Shi Dongfeng, we encouraged all members of the project department to make the project a benchmark project and a standardized management project, setting an example for Huali's "second entrepreneurship" and transformation and upgrading development.
