The meeting believes that the performance of business management in the first half of the year is significant, but some indicators still have gaps compared to the annual targets. In the first half of the year, the output value and profit and tax indicators of Zhong An Huali exceeded the quota, creating 5 provincial excellent Mount Huangshan Cup, 3 municipal excellent projects, 9 municipal high-quality structures, 5 provincial safe standardized sites, 8 municipal safe standardized sites, 15 provincial excellent project managers, 11 municipal excellent project managers, 7 municipal exemplary individual, winning 26 positive reports from national, provincial and municipal media, winning the honor of Hefei Excellent Construction Enterprise, Top 50 Construction Enterprises in Hefei, and being rated as the pilot enterprise of EPC project general contracting and whole process consulting in Hefei. Due to the influence of the market environment and proactive risk control factors, the newly signed contract amount has not achieved the scheduled progress. It is necessary to change the business mindset, change business measures, and increase management efforts in the second half of the year to focus on solving the problem. In the first half of the year, Huali Real Estate achieved good results in sales receipts, investment and financing, project construction, and realizing profits and taxes, among other aspects, in meeting the targets set by the controlling shareholder. Especially after the establishment of the real estate group, with the coexistence of new and old institutional mechanisms, not only did it not slow down, but it also made new progress in project reserves, mechanism transformation, investment and financing.
The meeting pointed out that the transformation of business organization has laid a solid foundation for Huali's "second entrepreneurship" and transformation and upgrading development. Since its establishment, the investment and development company has undertaken numerous outstanding projects. After completing the topping out of the main structure of the station ahead of schedule, the second section of the Hefei Metro Line 4 project successfully carried out shield tunneling operations; The resettlement housing for the first batch of national characteristic town projects in our province, the Lu'an Dushan characteristic town project, has been completed; The Talent Apartment Project in the North District of Hefei Economic Development Zone is a prefabricated construction project. Up to now, Zhong'an Huali has undertaken nearly 1 million square meters of prefabricated projects.
