On October 31st, the 2019 National AAA Credit Enterprise Conference for the Construction Industry, hosted by the China Construction Industry Association, co organized by the Anhui Provincial Construction Industry Association, and organized by Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, was successfully held at the Century Jinyuan Hotel in Binhu, Hefei.

Wang Tiehong, President of China Construction Industry Association, Han Ping, Vice President of China Construction Industry Association, President of Inner Mongolia Construction Industry Association, Wang Guoqing, President of Henan Construction Industry Association, Jing Wan, Deputy Secretary General of China Construction Industry Association, Fei Ruilin, Vice President of Anhui Construction Industry Association, Wang Yaowu, Professor of Harbin Institute of Technology, Zhang Xinmin, Secretary General of Shanxi Construction Industry Association, Tong Haiou, Secretary General of Hubei Construction Industry Association, Ji Dexian, Deputy Secretary General of Zhejiang Construction Industry Association, Duan Lian, Deputy Secretary General of Hunan Construction Industry Association, Xie Rui, Deputy Secretary General of Guangdong Construction Industry Association, Wang Kun, Vice President of Anhui Construction Industry Association and Chairman of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group Co., Ltd., attended the press conference. More than 400 representatives from 216 construction general contracting enterprises, 86 building inspection agencies, 10 building intelligence enterprises, as well as 1 building materials and equipment enterprise and 1 building machinery and equipment leasing enterprise across the country attended the meeting.

Fei Ruilin, Vice President of Anhui Construction Industry Association, delivered a speech, and Han Ping, Vice President of China Construction Industry Association and President of Inner Mongolia Construction Industry Association, read out the "Notice on the Announcement of National AAA Credit Enterprises in the Construction Industry in 2019". The attending leaders and guests presented credit rating certificates to representatives of the 2019 National AAA Credit Enterprise in the construction industry.

Wang Tiehong, President of the China Construction Industry Association, delivered a speech, profoundly elaborating on the importance of credit construction for the development of the construction industry, and pointing out the main direction of reform and development in the construction industry, which has strong guidance for enterprise development. Representatives from China Water Resources and Hydropower Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., Beijing Urban Construction Yatai Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Shandong Jincheng Construction Co., Ltd. exchanged experiences on the construction of enterprise credit systems. Professor Wang Yaowu from Harbin Institute of Technology gave a special report titled "Analysis of the Development of the Construction Market and Enterprise Development Strategies".

In 2006, the China Construction Industry Association was listed as a pilot unit for the construction of the construction market credit system by the former Ministry of Construction. In May 2008, the Ministry of Commerce and the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission listed the China Construction Industry Association as the second batch of industry credit evaluation pilot units. That same year, the association formulated the "Trial Measures for Credit Evaluation of Construction Enterprises", "Trial Measures for Credit Information Management of Construction Enterprises", and "Dynamic Management Measures for AAA level Credit Enterprises in the Construction Industry". In 2009, the association began its work on credit evaluation of construction enterprises. As of 2018, a total of 1570 AAA rated credit enterprises have been evaluated in eight batches.
