On the afternoon of November 1st, Dan Hu, Secretary of the Luyang District Committee of Hefei City, and his delegation visited the construction site of the Huali Technology and Operations Center (Headquarters Building) located at the northeast corner of Qianshan North Road and Nanfei River Bridge in Luyang District to investigate the progress of the project. They then held a symposium at the project department to listen to the work report on the transformation, upgrading, innovation and development of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group since its establishment in Luyang. Chang Qiancang, Chairman of Huali Holdings, and Wang Kun, Chairman of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, received Secretary Dan Hu and his delegation at the project site.

At the construction site of the project, Secretary Dan Hu and his delegation inspected the progress of the project construction and listened to the work report on the project construction situation. At the symposium, Chairman Wang Kun introduced the company's development history, current business situation, difficulties faced, as well as the group's secondary entrepreneurship, transformation and development strategic goals and prospects. The Chairman of Changqiancang welcomes Secretary Dan Hu and his delegation to visit Huali for research and guidance, introducing that Huali Construction Group has gone from a single construction project in the past to an industrial chain development after 30 years of development, and has grown into a construction enterprise group integrating four major business sectors: construction, real estate, overseas, and design. These achievements cannot be achieved without the policy support of party committees and governments at all levels to encourage the development of the private economy.
