On November 27th, the Ministry of Commerce issued the "Reply on Recognizing the Qualification of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group Co., Ltd. as a General Contracting Enterprise for Foreign Aid Complete Projects" (Shang He Ban [2019] No. 679), marking the successful approval of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group as a General Contracting Enterprise for Foreign Aid Complete Projects after obtaining the qualification for foreign contracting operation.

National foreign aid projects refer to projects approved by the Ministry of Commerce and implemented in recipient countries using loan funds such as foreign aid joint venture cooperation project funds and foreign aid preferential loans, with a foreign aid nature. Foreign aid projects are a high-quality sector in the field of overseas engineering. Having the qualification to undertake foreign aid projects is a symbol of recognition for enterprises in the domestic construction engineering field, as well as an opportunity to showcase their corporate image to the outside world and expand their overseas markets.

After 30 years of entrepreneurial development, Zhong'an Huali Construction Group has grown into one of the top 200 competitive enterprises in China's construction industry, one of the top 100 enterprises in Anhui Province, and one of the top 100 private enterprises in Anhui Province. The successful approval of the general contracting enterprise qualification for foreign aid package projects has added new impetus to the overseas business development of China Security Huali, which will help China Security Huali better "go global" to participate in the implementation of foreign aid projects under the national "the Belt and Road" initiative.
