As the spring sun gradually returns, all things begin to renew. On January 4, 2020, the Zhong'an Huali New Year Report Conference and 2019 Annual Meeting, hosted by Huali Holdings and the Group Party Committee, and organized by companies in the construction, real estate, overseas, and design sectors, was successfully held in Hefei.

Leaders from provincial and municipal industry associations, long-term friendly units, as well as strategic partners and news media friends were invited to attend the meeting. More than 800 people gathered together to enjoy the grand event, including the board of directors of Huali Holdings, the party committee, trade union, and Communist Youth League organizations of the group, Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, Huali Real Estate, Huali Overseas, Huali Design Institute, as well as employees, retired senior employees, outstanding representatives of the project department, and outstanding supplier representatives of its subsidiaries.

Before the meeting, the attending guests and leaders watched the 2019 Zhong'an Huali News Event, as well as congratulatory videos and letters sent by the group's domestic and overseas project departments.

The annual meeting kicked off with the majestic national anthem.

Chen Chuandong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, delivered a passionate speech, affirming the development achieved by Huali Group in 2019 and its contributions in the construction industry in Hefei. He also expressed his blessings and hopes for the group's development in the new year.

The meeting invited Professor Yuan Weihai, Vice President of the Anhui Provincial Party School, to give a New Year's report on "staying true to our original aspiration and remembering our mission", providing a vivid and educational lesson for all Huali employees.

A grand commendation event was held at the annual meeting to recognize and honor outstanding employees and teams who made outstanding contributions to the construction and development of the group in 2019. The attending leaders and guests were invited to present medals, trophies, and certificates of honor to the award-winning individuals and groups.

Chang Qiancang, founder of Huali and chairman of Huali Holdings, delivered a work report titled "Never Forget Our Original Aspiration, Overcome Difficulties, Deepen Reform and Strive for Progress in Stability, and Promote Huali's Transformation, Upgrading and High Quality Development". Summarized and reviewed the achievements of the group's transformation and upgrading, as well as the four major sectors over the past year. Based on the market demand in the construction industry and the group's development positioning, the development strategy and main work goals for 2020 were planned and deployed. It is pointed out that we must continue to adhere to the "123" development strategy, achieve the work goals of "one growth, two progress, three improvement, and four strengthening", and emphasize the need to work hard and achieve results in six aspects: "promoting organizational change, improving incentive mechanisms, standardizing engineering management, preventing business risks, strengthening talent construction, and enhancing corporate culture".

The gala presented a spectacular visual feast for everyone, with talented Huali employees writing, directing, and performing a variety of songs, dances, fast-paced performances, and situational dramas. The party was filled with joy and celebration, creating a festive atmosphere. The evening also invited Huang Xinde, a famous Huangmei Opera performing artist and inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage representative project Huangmei Opera, Yan Ni, a young Chinese singer and national first-class actor, and Zheng Changjin, a tenor singer and former head of the Mount Huangshan Art Troupe, to perform on the same stage.

At the dinner, Wang Kun, Chairman of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, delivered a toast, expressing gratitude to the leaders and various sectors of society who have long cared for and supported Huali's development, and sending New Year's greetings to all Huali employees and their families. The executives of the four major sections of the group took the stage to toast and express their gratitude.

Looking back on 2019 is to move forward better; Anticipating 2020 is to plan for the future. Achievements inspire people, goals drive people to strive forward. Standing at another new starting point, the people of Huali will never forget their original aspiration and mission, work hand in hand with the new era towards the established direction, and write a new chapter.
