On the morning of March 29th, the Huali Zijingfu project reached an important milestone. With the successful pouring of the final concrete, the main structures of buildings 1 #, 2 #, and 6 # have been officially capped, laying a solid foundation for the completion of the overall project in December this year. Dong Zewu, General Manager of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group's Fourth Engineering Company, along with some members of the team and all staff of the project department, attended the topping out ceremony.

The Zijingfu project is located in Woxi New District, Huaiyuan County, on Yudu Avenue, the core urban road. It covers a total area of approximately 56000 square meters and has a building area of 140000 square meters. It consists of 10 high-rise landscape elevator buildings and 5 elevator garden villas. The capped main building will enter the stage of secondary construction and decoration construction, and the overall project is expected to be completed in December 2020.

Dong Zewu stated that the successful topping out of some of the main structures is a crucial step in the project construction, greatly boosting the morale of all builders, strengthening the determination of Huali people to build high-quality projects, and enhancing everyone's confidence in successfully completing subsequent work. Next, the professional teams of the project department will take the partial topping out of the main body as a new starting point, uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, strictly manage as always, adhere to high standards and strict requirements, carefully organize construction, scientifically arrange production, and make unremitting efforts to create high-quality projects.

The Zijingfu project is undertaken by the Fourth Engineering Company of the group and is the second real estate project developed by Huali Real Estate Group in Huaiyuan after Huali Yide City. As a high-end "Fu" series advanced project constructed and operated by Huali, the Zijingfu project will adhere to the concept of "creating a better life" advocated by Huali Group, lead the upgrading of Huaiyuan Youju, and improve the quality of life of Huaiyuan people.
