On March 26th, the 2020 Spring Marketing Skills Competition for Real Estate Consultants of Huali Real Estate Group came to a perfect conclusion at the group headquarters.

The competition adheres to the principle of "cultivating internal strength and serving customers". Since its launch in early March, it has undergone multiple rounds of selection PK, After the preliminary and semi-final rounds, a total of 18 sales elites from 6 teams were selected to enter the final stage. At 9:00 am on the 26th, the final was held in the conference room on the 10th floor of Huali Building. Mei Shengtao, Chairman of Huali Real Estate Group, and Ji Yong, Marketing Director, attended the event.


The final consists of three stages: personal presentation, simulated confrontation debate (one-on-one PK), and targeted quiz. It combines daily work performance, on-site sand table and real estate explanation, on-site customer question answering, and final customer forced transaction. The on-site simulation of real customers is used to conduct comprehensive home buying ability practical exercises and evaluations, with a focus on evaluating the real estate consultant's on-site explanation process, overall adaptability, business proficiency, and ability to handle customer problems.


The atmosphere at the competition site was extremely intense, and all the real estate consultants tried their best to face various types of clients' difficulties and provide on-site Q&A, which was constantly exciting. After fierce competition, the Huali Self Sales Team of Huali Classics Project won the first place in the group, Tang Qiuxia of Huali Classics Self Sales Group A won the first prize as an individual, Li Danrong of Huali Zijingfu Project Fashion Team won the second prize as an individual, and Zhang Lifang of Huali Classics Self Sales Group A won the third prize as an individual.

Mei Shengtao, Chairman of Huali Real Estate Group, presented awards to the winning teams and individuals and gave a speech.
