On the morning of April 8th, Zhong'an Huali Construction Group held the signing ceremony of the 2020 target responsibility agreement for the third and fourth engineering companies in the conference room on the tenth floor. Du Rongping, the Party Secretary of the Group, presided over the meeting. Huali Holdings Chairman Chang Qiancang, Vice Chairman Chang Weiping, General Manager Ma Nu, Supervisory Director Zhu Zhengying, Human Resources and Administration Director Lv Tao, Construction Group Chairman Wang Kun, and heads of various functional centers and branches attended the event.

The responsibility letter specifies the annual business goals and various incentive measures of the third and fourth engineering companies of the group. Holding a signing ceremony aims to convey pressure, stimulate motivation, unify thoughts and actions, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each branch to independently carry out work, and lay a solid foundation for achieving the annual work tasks.

         At the signing ceremony, Wang Kun, Chairman of the Construction Group, signed the 2020 target responsibility agreement with Xiong Yanbin, Head of the Third Engineering Company, and Dong Zewu, Head of the Fourth Engineering Company.

       In his concluding speech, the Chairman of Changqian cang emphasized that the comprehensive implementation of the target responsibility system is an important component of the group's strategic development, aimed at enhancing the target awareness, responsibility awareness, and execution awareness of various functional centers and subsidiaries. The Chairman of Changqian Warehouse pointed out that through this review and improvement of the organizational structure system, the formulation of decomposed target responsibility agreements at all levels is to urge all functional centers and branches to fully establish a sense of ownership, work together, withstand pressure, improve systems, effectively decompose tasks layer by layer, assign responsibilities to individuals, ensure that everyone has tasks, pressure, and motivation, closely link the self-improvement of all employees with the sustainable development of the group, keep up with national policies and industry development trends, and seize the opportunity to move forward.
