On the morning of April 10th, Chen Changlin, the district chief of Yuhui District in Bengbu City, Ding Yunbing, the executive deputy district chief, Teng Feng, the deputy district chief (in charge of construction), and Zhou Chuanqi, the chairman of Bengbu Yutou Group Co., Ltd., visited the group for inspection and exchange. Chang Qiancang, Chairman of Huali Holdings Company, Nie Feilun, General Manager of Huali Real Estate Company, Gu Liping, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Human Resources and Administration Center of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, Chang Zhongquan, General Manager of Tianxin Construction Company, and Zhu Lin, Deputy General Manager, received Mayor Chen Changlin and his delegation. During this period, both sides had extensive and in-depth exchanges on further deepening government enterprise cooperation.

At the beginning of the meeting, Gu Liping, Deputy General Manager of the Group and General Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Center, introduced the business segments and operating conditions of the Group to Mayor Chen Changlin and his delegation from the perspective of the company's development timeline. Nie Feilun, General Manager of Huali Real Estate Company, and Chang Zhongquan, General Manager of Tianxin Construction Company, gave a detailed report on the long-term cooperation between the group and the Bengbu region.

At the symposium, Mayor Chen Changlin stated that he was appointed by the district committee and government to conduct research and investigation on behalf of Yuhui District, with the aim of fully finding more cooperation points between the two sides. Mayor Chen Changlin emphasized that Yuhui District is currently in an accelerated development stage and urgently needs to introduce construction enterprises with special qualifications like Huali to settle in and take root in Yuhui District, helping to promote the regional economic development of Yuhui District. The district committee and government attach great importance to this cooperation and hope to reach a cooperation framework agreement as soon as possible, formulate a practical cooperation roadmap, and jointly create landmark buildings in Yuhui District and even Bengbu City. In the future, the heads of various departments under the Yuhui District Government will fully cooperate and support Huali, and look forward to Huali actively contributing greater strength to Yuhui's economic construction and other undertakings while achieving its own vigorous development and grand plans.

He said that since the deep cooperation between Huali and Bengbu region, we have actively explored and solidly promoted it. With Tianxin Construction Company as the link, we have undertaken the Huaiyuan No.1 Middle PPP project and successfully developed multiple real estate projects such as Huaiyuan Yide City and Huali Zijing Mansion, forming a multi-dimensional and effective cooperation model with Bengbu region. The Chairman of Changqian Warehouse stated that Bengbu is a deeply rooted and vibrant central city in northern Anhui, as well as a core city in the Central Plains Economic Zone, Huaihe River Economic Belt, and Hewu Bengbu National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, with enormous development potential. Next, Huali hopes to accelerate its participation in the construction of the urban area of Bengbu. We firmly believe that with the care and support of the district committee and government, Huali will be able to fully leverage its advantages in rich experience in equipment based construction and the industrialization of new residential areas, and contribute to the economic development of Bengbu.
