On the morning of February 13th, the 2026 Spring Festival Reunion of Anhui Province was grandly held in Hefei. Liang Yanshun, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, attended and delivered a speech. Wang Qingxian, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, presided over the reunion. Representatives from all walks of life gathered together to celebrate the Spring Festival and discuss the blueprint for development.

At the New Year gathering, responsible comrades from the provincial party, government, and military, retired comrades at the provincial military level, advanced model representatives from all walks of life, and representatives of private entrepreneurs gathered together to exchange Spring greetings and reaffirm their deep friendship.

Secretary Liang Yanshun reviewed the achievements with everyone and shared the work results of the province maintaining or entering the top tier nationwide, ranking among the forefront, and taking the lead in 2025. He said that in the past year, the entire province had unswervingly moved forward in the direction guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping, seizing every day and doing every task well with the fighting spirit of "doing ten times what others do, and a hundred times what others do ten times", striving forward, and successfully concluding the "14th Five-Year Plan". The fundamental reason for these achievements lies in General Secretary Xi Jinping's leadership and guidance, in the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, in the continuous efforts of previous provincial party committees, provincial people's congresses, provincial governments, and provincial political consultative conferences, as well as the care and support of all former leaders and comrades. It is also the result of the tenacious struggle and unity of the vast number of party members, cadres, and the masses in the province, as well as the care and support from all walks of life and all sectors of society.

Secretary Liang Yanshun pointed out that this year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan. We must resolutely implement the major decisions and deployments made by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the CPC Central Committee, anchor on the goal of achieving new breakthroughs in the "Three Regions and One District" and making "three new and greater progresses", take the initiative as if it were a decisive battle and a sprint from the very beginning, establish and practice a correct view of political achievements, do everything possible to stabilize growth, benefit the people with heart and soul, spare no effort to ensure safety, consistently strengthen party building, strive for new prospects and achievements, and endeavor to write a new chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Anhui.
