Deputy Director Zheng Liansheng stated that this survey is mainly conducted on behalf of the Municipal Party Committee and Government to understand the production and operation status of enterprises, to understand the problems that enterprises need government assistance to coordinate and solve recently, and to understand the resumption rate of enterprises in the post epidemic period. The aim is to further improve the city's business environment and promote the healthy and orderly development of enterprises. At the research symposium, Deputy Director Zheng Liansheng and his delegation first listened carefully to Huali's special report on the current situation of enterprise operation and development, the problems, opportunities, and challenges faced, as well as the resumption of work and production in the post epidemic period. Deputy Director Zheng Liansheng stated that in order to further create the "four most" business environment of "optimal policies, lowest costs, best services, and fastest service", the Hefei Municipal Government Office has issued the "Implementation Plan for Focusing on Enterprise Concerns and Further Promoting the Optimization of Business Environment Policies in Hefei", which includes 24 specific measures from seven aspects to promote the implementation of optimized business environment policies in Hefei. At the same time, achieving efficient interaction between government and enterprises, improving the long-term mechanism of communication and interaction between government and enterprises, and promoting high-quality economic development are manifestations of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's requirements for building a "friendly and clean" new type of government business relationship. As a government agency, we will wholeheartedly provide services, effectively solve problems for enterprises, and hope to give more care and support to the construction industry.

At the same time, Deputy Director Zheng Liansheng fully affirmed the entrepreneurial spirit of "Huali People", which is fearless of difficulties and courageous to move forward, and highly praised the positive actions of "Huali People" in fighting against the COVID-19 and participating in flood relief and post disaster reconstruction.
