Recently, Zhong'an Huali Construction Group was commended by the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development for actively participating in the quality and safety inspection of rural dilapidated house renovation in the province.

From March 23 to June 20, 2020, the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Anhui Province organized the quality and safety investigation of the reconstruction of dangerous rural houses in the whole province. Zhongan Huali Construction Group actively responded to the call of the provincial department, and selected Wu Zufeng from the Quality Safety Department of the Group and Xuan Shouhua from the Chief Engineer's Office to participate in the "looking back" work of the quality of dangerous rural houses in Yi County, Mount Huangshan City from April 27 to April 30, and from May 10 to May 16. During this period, they visited 8 townships and 20 natural villages in Biyang Town, Yuting Town, Kerun Town, Xidi Town, Hongcun Town, Hongtan Township, Meixi Township, and Hongxing Township respectively.

During the visit and investigation, a door-to-door on-site inspection method was adopted, with a focus on strengthening the investigation of safety hazards such as uneven settlement of foundations, wall cracks, and decay, fracture, insect infestation, and deformation of load-bearing structural wood related to structural safety and quality. Some issues related to improving the quality of residents, such as roof and exterior wall water seepage, were promptly addressed. At the same time, it was found during the visit that most of the houses were ancient buildings with a lot of wooden support systems. The exterior walls were enclosed by earthen walls or brick and soil walls, and the roofs were mostly small blue tile roofs. Due to the long history, cracks, leakage, and decay of wooden structures were common. In response, with the cooperation of the housing and construction department of Yixian County, the visit and investigation team of Huali Group conducted technical training for relevant technical personnel in towns and villages on specific problems and rectification measures of dangerous houses. At the same time, a dangerous house appraisal was conducted on the housing quality problems reflected by the "five guarantee households" and "impoverished households", and various work tasks were successfully completed, receiving high praise from the leaders of the provincial department.
