From December 24th to 28th, Ruan Yufa, Deputy General Manager of Huali Real Estate Group, led a team and the Group's Engineering Management Center to conduct monthly engineering inspections of the Huaiyuan Yide City Book Fragrance Garden, Huali Zijing Mansion, Linquan Huali Classics, and Huali Ziyun Mansion projects. Through the inspections, they timely grasped the progress, construction quality, and safety and civilized construction of each project, identified problems in a timely manner, studied and solved them, and ensured the orderly progress and effectiveness of project construction.


During this inspection, the Engineering Management Center of the Group organized relevant personnel from the engineering departments of various project companies, technical leaders of construction units, and supervision companies to conduct physical inspections and spot checks on the main structure, decoration and renovation, water and electricity installation, outdoor engineering, and landscape greening of each project. Monthly special meetings were held for on-site reporting, on-site research, and on-site rectification. The monthly special meeting mainly reported the achievements made during the implementation of the project, analyzed the problems existing in the physical inspection, and proposed feasible corrective measures. The meeting requires all projects to implement rectification measures for quality problems found during inspections, strengthen construction process control, strictly review building components, raw materials, and process acceptance, continuously improve project quality through safety and quality inspections, and prevent engineering safety and quality risks; The supervisory unit actively cooperates with the project engineering management department to carry out construction process supervision and management. Only by taking a dual approach can the engineering management work be meticulous, implemented and executed effectively. The meeting emphasized that before the large-scale construction of sub projects, a model should be implemented first, and the construction process, process standards, and raw material control should be standardized to achieve unified quality standards for sub projects, reduce quality risks, and control the quality of the project at the forefront.

Through monthly inspections of project engineering, real-time monitoring of on-site progress, ensuring the implementation of systems and accountability, it has played a positive role in improving the management level of various project engineering, further ensuring that the overall quality and safety management of the project is in a stable and controlled state.
